For the past 15 years, Jared had dedicated himself to being an effective advocate, calming voice, and strong communicator with clients, attorneys, and the court system. He prides himself in his ability to find creative solutions, and solve complex problems, all the while maintaining effective, professional relationships.

Jared devotes a substantial amount of time engaging in volunteer operating with the judicial system, serving as a trustee in the union county bar association, and a member of the District XII ethics committee. in 2020 he received recognition from the NJ supreme court for his pro-bono service.
